The new 18 x 18 inch deck is designed to meet all of your baking needs, including pizza, bread, and a variety of other menu items in this small elegant style oven. Like all our MBÂ Ovens, the Vesuvio can also be customized to fit any decor.

* The Vesuvio MB 18 ovens are listed for "Commercial Use Only". If you are to use any commercial ovens in a home you must notify your insurance company and any local authorities.

Marsal Burner Design runs the oven burner left to right for the best heat distribution.

Vented Control Doors conceals thermostat and safety valve.

Full Length 10 gauge Heat Deflectors diverts heat from the burners to ensure an even heat throughout the baking chamber.

Thermostatically controlled from 300° to 650° F.

Refractory Brick-Lined arched ceiling and rear baking chamber.

Fire Brick Cooking Surface 2" thick.

Powder Coated Black finishing on all doors.

18 gauge Stainless Steel used on the outside and 18 gauge aluminized steel on the inside.

Ultra High Temperature Fiberglass Insulation allows for 0" clearance in rear and sides.

Gas Connection 3/4" in rear of oven. Available in NATÂ or LPÂ gas.

Warranty 1 year on labor and 18 months on parts.
